All product warranty is at the discretion of Aquariums Australia Pty Ltd. Aquariums Australia will not be responsible for warranty of any products, unless that product has been purchased though an authorised Australian Retailer.  When a warranty claim is made, customers will be required to provide proof of purchase including retailer location and date of their purchase.

All Products distributed by Aquariums Australia are subject to a twelve (12) month manufacturers warranty, commencing at the time of purchase.

Aquariums Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to void any warranty if improper use of the product is found; such as water damage, saltwater corrosion, salt creep, excessive heat due to improper installation, electrical surge, power failure, and improper maintenance. Aquariums Australia reserves the right to void any warranty if improper modifications are made to any product. Aquariums Australia does not cover personal injury, personal loss, or damages associated with the use of these products; with the exception of obligation set by relevant legislative bodies.

All warranty repairs are performed by Aquariums Australia Pty Ltd.  If you have an issue with a product distributed by Aquariums Australia, please submit a claim at http://www.aawarranty.com.au/make-a-claim/. If a return is required you will be provided with details on how to proceed with your claim.

Replacements
Product replacements are done at the discresion of the support representative or technician. If a product is deemed defective and replacement is needed, the product will be replaced with an equal product. In the event the product is no longer available, Aquariums Australia will provide the customer a product of similar specifications and performance.

Shipping
Please package the returned product with peanuts, bubble wrap or other reputable proper packing material. Also include a copy of your return request form (provided by AA) and provide your return address information. Once we receive the product we will repair or replace it and send it back to you in a timely manner. All items are returned via Standard Courier or Australia Post.
